My facial consisted of her putting various face masks on me. If I wanted that, I would’ve stayed home and done that myself. No extractions or anything. Even the most basic facial I have had included extractions. Disappointing and not worth the money.

Left a voicemail asking to schedule an appointment on a specific day and said go ahead and give me a time I am free all day, got a generic return call saying hi we are calling you back to schedule please call back, left two detailed messages again about availability to cut down on phone tag and never received a phone call back.

Best facial ever. And she carries my favorite makeup from Beverly Hills, La Bella Donna. All my friends and I love it and she has great tips and carries the whole line.
