I agree the model apartment makes it look a lot nicer, but that’s the model one. They did give me new carpet and «upgraded the counters.» They think upgrading is painting the counters. The buildings are not very well maintained and they don’t seem to care about cleaning all the webs and bugs out. They do a routine bug spray in the apartments, but it would be helpful to get rid of the ones all over the stairwell and walls. The roads in the apartments have huge pot holes and they don’t seem to want to fix that. Ruining every ones tires guys. Reading and hearing that there were a lot of break ins and crime that however does seem to have improved.

The worst place I have ever lived at. Mice in the apartment from the get go. Had a break-in few months after. Weirdly passive aggressive staff, and corporate office will not budge when it comes to money. Apartments are not great — you get what you pay for as the rent is rather low. Agree with Bob B’s review. Tennis court so badly maintained that there are huge holes on it.
not worth the stress. I’d rather spend some more money and live at a place which provides peace of mind and feels like a home.

Okay place for a college student. The pictures online don’t match the place. The gym is pretty bad, and the tennis court is non-existent. Overall okay experience. Just a heads up any rent they quote make sure to add water and trash fees. 25 for trash and about 30 for water.
