Taco Bell

I keep coming back, and they keep getting better. They’ve remodeled since my last review, and there’s what seems to be an entirely new staff. These guys are friendly, prompt, and everything you could ask for in a crew of employees. I know that when I come to this location, I’m going to get my food in under two minutes, my order will be correct, and my table will be clean. When the quesarito came out, some locations, including this one, over fried the shells which made them dry and too crunchy. The difference between this store and the others is that when I came back the next day, and every time since then, they’ve figured out how to get it just right. These guys get it. They pay attention to what they’re doing and make a constant effort to improve every aspect of their service. Their shit’s the bees knees, man.

Absolutely horrible! My friend wanted a slushy drink and they informed us that the slushy machine was down. We then ordered food and they asked what we wanted to drink we told them Sprite. It was then that they informed us that the soda machine was also down. So the choice was water or tea. After we had already ordered and then drove up to the window they told us they had no beef! Of course I wanted to say that it was no secret that they never really had beef. ;). They we’re joking the whole time with each other and didn’t care anything about the customer. This place is a joke. Oh and they gave us like 28 packets of hot sauce for three burritos. I guess to cover up the taste? I’ve got to wonder who in the hell is managing this place and how they stay in business. Never will I go to this Taco Bell again.

Well it’s Taco Bell so I can’t give them 4 stars but I felt the need to write a review because the guy at the drive thru had the biggest smile on his face. I was in the mood for some really unhealthy food and I was starving so I pulled in. My taco and nachos were hot and tasty. The positive attitude of this employee made me day so much better.
I will agree with other reviewer that if there’s a drive thru line you may want to skip over this place because you are trapped! Kinda scary.

I’ve been twice, both in the drive thru once on a weeknight and once during the day on a weekend. Each time was SO slow. The first was 45 minutes and second was 20. Once you get almost to the order window, there’s no escape unless you want to hop the curb and some bushes. Will not come back
