The best time to shop at Talbots is when they are having a sale. They often have an extra % off of the sale prices and last week I was lucky enough to go when they had an extra 60% off. The quality of their clothing is very good, but the regular prices are on the high side.
The store at Southpoint is 3 in one — there is a petite section on one side which is basically an entire store on it’s own, the ‘regular’ sizes in the middle, and a Woman’s sizes on the other side. The clothing tends to be quite conservative so it’s definitely not a store for everyone. I would recommend heading straight to the back of the store to check out the sale items.
