Things Remembered

I was recently looking in Thing’s Remembered to see if they would do an engraving for the necklace I was going to get my girlfriend for her birthday /​1 year anniversary present. They do engravings for a great price. The price is $ 11(first 3 words) +$ 3 for each extra word which is the best deal I’ve found.
I was assisted by Jan who provided high quality customer service! She had a smile and helped me pick out what I think is the perfect gift. Jan is also doing the engraving and helped me in choosing a font and is making sure it fits. She had no problem with having it ready for me to pick up on July 18^th, 2 weeks after I made the purchase. I really felt that Jan is compassionate about her job and she definitely treated me as more than a customer. I really felt a personal connection and felt that we were able to relate to each other. I also feel like I got a great «bang for my buck» as I got the necklace and a jewelry box (both engraved) for less than the necklace I was originally going to purchase. I have not received the necklace yet but I’m confident that Jan will do a great job. I can’t wait to pick up my girlfriend’s gift!

I had to drop by Things Remembered to get a gift for an advisor. The store here was set up the way most Things Remembered stores are, but what this stand out from my other experiences was the character of the store representative!
Joyce was very helpful and nice when I picked out the gift I wanted to buy and engrave. She got me a new product from their stock and rang me up quickly enough. She did make a mistake on the pricing because she forgot to charge me for the design but I pointed it out since the total was way less than it was supposed to be.
They finished the pen in about an hour (there were 2 customers ahead of me) and when I went to pick it up, the engraver said that he had a spare glossy pen box that he wanted to give me. He even engraved a metal plate for the box’s label for free! Maybe that’s what I get for being honest earlier? The gift is gorgeous and I know my advisor will love it! Great customer service here.
