The company finally settled with me… but why did it have to take so long? Why did I have to go through so much?

I’m assuming the owner complained so they took down the pics of the text messages. the owner basically changed the time that they were going to come, the day of. I said OK. Then changed it again, for two hours LATER. to which i asked why they thought they could change last minute like that. they responded with some excuse and said«things happen, patience is key». also joked that the next appt they’ll give a braod range of time, like the cable people. to which i responded that they only reason they can do that is that they have a virtual monopoly. to which they respnoded: «look, lighten up dude. if you want us to come fine, if not its ok, RELAX». then i told them not to worry about it, to cancel and that i’d be asking for a refund. to which I got a [i assume] sarcastic«good luck». and then i got a refund. i don’t do hyperbole but honestly the worst customer service I’ve gotten from any company, ever.

I called them and was able to get a next day appointment to clean my apartment on my move out date. I found the owner to be very pleasant and flexible. She was able to schedule my appointment so that it fit in beautifully, right after the movers left. The team just left and my place is immaculate. They did an amazing job. Windows, oven, doors, bathtub, everything looks amazing. Thank you so much. It was affordable and I feel as though my money was well spent.
