Very rude service from cashier, she had a problem taking my coupons (that I know were good) and the manager wasn’t help at all, he was telling us false info about if the coupons were good.

I normally do not like or give bad reviews nor do I review Walgreens. But, this is the most absurd Walgreens. Expect to be there for 30 mins waiting to pay for anything at all. Very inefficient but some employees are friendly. Feels like I’m going into the Twilight zone everytime I go in this Walgreens.

Slow pharmacy — really doesn’t adhere to the times that they promise medications. Switching our prescriptions to another pharmacy. Kerr is infinitely more customer service oriented — not just focused on $$$$$$.

I just switched all of my prescriptions (10) to another pharmacy because Walgreens «auto-​refill» service kept sending me emails saying that they could not contact my Doctor for refill authorization, which I know is NOT true. Too bad because I’ve been using Walgreens for years for all of my prescriptions, but I know they did NOT try to contact my Dr because she is very responsive. The bottom line is, Walgreens is NOT dependable so I fired them.

It’s a 24-​hour Walgreen therefore it deserves 4 starts. Oh wait the pharmacy is 24 hours too!!! Yep 5 stars is deserved.
Being in professional school means you have the weirdest schedule ever and sometimes you forget to pick up your prescriptions but have no fear the 24 hour drive-​thru pharmacy is here for you. I love this place and I think they love when I come in and buy very random but necessary things.

Great online services. Not only can you order things online from the company, you can manage your prescriptions like no other drug store chain I have seen before. Once you register with the site, it tracks every medication you have had or have filled. You can order new refills by using your history or just entering the prescription number, even without an account, and schedule the pickup time. Plus they have a family option that lets you join a family members account with yours so you can check and order refills for both. I am usually the one who gets refills for my wife, so this helps. Email, Phone, and SMS alerts when prescriptions are ready or not ready
24 Hour Pharmacy. Though the pharmacy can be slow at times. Plus they can’t seem to get straight what information you need to give them just to check if a prescription is ready. Usually its just the name, sometimes they want name and telephone number or name and birthday. They always as for street address when they are ready to give you the prescriptions. You can register your credit card with them so you don’t have to pull it out every time just for the pharmacy.

I can walk to this Walgreens from my house and, seeing as it’s always open, I can do it any time of day or night! It’s in a crazy-​convenient location — near the corner of Fayetteville Rd. and NC-​54 — and now carries beer and wine, which, clearly, is a priority of mine. So, yeah, I know y’all know what a Walgreens is, but I really have to commend this location in particular: the people who work there are awesome, they always have great sales, and your scripts are always ready when you ask for them. I refill my meds on
, and apparently there’s an app for the iPhone, too (although I hear you have to know your prescription number, which I never do). The only drawback about this Walgreens is that, because of its great location, the parking lot always seems to be packed; however, if you’re just picking up meds, this can be remedied by heading to the drive-​through window, where there rarely seems to be a long line.
