Horrible service! This review is mainly because he didn’t give me all of the items I purchased. The check out guy could not have been moving any slower, and he bagged my items in way too many bags. Since the bags are very dark, opaque gray, you can’t see what’s inside them. He started bagging the next customer’s stuff while I was still putting my bags in my cart, and when I got home I realized he kept one of the bags in the out-of-reach area near him.

I did an online order and received an email saying the order was ready to pickup on the last day in the guaranteed window. But after I got there and waited for a long time until someone came, I was told it was in the truck and I should come back tomorrow. Why sending out emails to us to come then? The other two guys at the counter were experiencing the same thing and were told to come back the next day. This probably explains why they are losing more and more customers. One suggestion to others who make online orders on . Wait at least one more day after they say it’s ready. Or simply go to other stores/websites.

This place is HUGE, but this review is primarily for their auto service because not every Walmart offers it. The prices are excellent, and the manager provides great customer service. The first time, I’ve had them check my battery, which is free, and I also got an oil change, and WOW. Their price for an oil change is AMAZING — less than $ 20?! Seriously, why go anywhere else? FYI, their hours are 7am-7pm every day, except Sundays are 9am-6pm.

I have never written an on-line complaint before. But if this helps one person choose a different place to shop than at Walmart, I will feel like I have helped the world to be a better place. Worst customer service, ever. Rude employee, rude customer service counter as I was complaining about first rude employee. Call before you go in, the service they offer on the website may have been discontinued or never have existed in that particular store. «That’s the website’s fault, not mine,» was the defensive response I got. That was a response when I was being very polite, by the way. I was never rude to any of them, but that didn’t stop them from being rude to me.

I put in an online order; I was not notified of its availability, and when I went to pick it up, they said it had already gone back, and the item was not in stock either. All of this without ever notifying me. This reminded me of the reason why I have not shopped at Walmart in years…

It is not the biggest walmart supercenter I have seen but it is a really good sized walmart. It has a oretty bug produce section and the choices are definitely plentiful. Whether you are looking for cloths or shoes or candy they have it all. Pretty good
