Every single experience I’ve had here has been absolutely terrible. This is a long over due review. I have given this place chance after chance to fix their problems but nothing has changed. I always have rude service including getting eyes rolled at me and teeth sucked when I ask for ketchup or salt. Half the time I have to wait at the window for them to open it again to even tell them I need the condiments and up until they finally help me they act like I Dont exist. I’ve also had things left out of my order a few times and chilli cheese fries half empty in the container what a rip off… not to mention the chicken sandwiches that are left under heat lamps and get hard. In case you didn’t know chicken sandwiches from Wendy’s become hard pucks if you leave it out so it’s not fooling me when you hand me an old sandwich. This place is awful… If only a manager would read this and fix the problem… or even corporate… jeez I’ve been living here over a year and it’s been that way always…

This review has to do with the manager after a frustrating situation. I purchased 3 gift cards 2 for $ 10 and 1 for $ 5. when they were used, only $ 1 was on them. I called the manager weeks later when I found out and she was very helpful. I was very upset over the situation but Rochelle made up for it in her willingness to make it right and please the customer. I do suggest you have them swipe the card after you pay to make sure the correct amount is on it!

I do not come here often. The fries were hot, a little rushed coming out of the fryer. The chicken nuggets were hot. Robin was awesome! My nuggets took forever! 10min! But I was super hungry, snatched em– finally! And Robin made sure to apologize to me about the time, so did the d.m.- doh! he just had to be there!, and it was cool. The g.m. was there talking w/the d.m., read what Linda R. said about one of her visits. Yeah, he seemed pretty unaccountable and beat down… His d.m. was way more accountable and responsible. Same with his shift manager, Robin! Idk, maybe bad day(s).

BOYCOTTTHISPLACE! Ditto on service but even worse, the manager(assistant mgr??) actually yelled at me when I drove BACK to the restaurant and stood in line to get my order fixed. He blamed ME for not knowing that Wendy’s now puts cheese on every burger unless you tell them not to… Are you kidding me? How was I gonna know that? Even worse, when I complained to Wendy’s corporate, they completely ignored me. I have never been treated so shabbily anywhere. That guy needs to be fired. He was a big hulking guy, so maybe they’re afraid of him…

Terrible service. Double check every order. Asked for a plain hamburger for my son and extra ketchup and napkins. Zero ketchup, 1 napkin, kids burger with pickles, seemingly extra onion. This was after I asked the manager at point blank if he’d put extra ketchup and napkins in the bag.

Mmm… frosties… Recently remodeled inside, food at this location is alright. I like some of the healthier options for kids meal sides. We’ve had some minor customer service problems here in the past, but nothing horrid. Also, they don’t wipe down the tables nearly as often as they should. My daughter thinks having the machine right behind the counter for«hand-spun» frosty shakes is funny. Overall, 2 stars– ok for takeout, but there are lots of other options nearby(like CookOut for shakes!), many of which also have free wifi(like at Chick-Fil-A, but unlike here).
