I found this out of the way hole in the wall at the advice of a local. It is not a fancy place, however they were still selling boiled crawdads, so we took the advice and went to see them.
The very friendly waiter/owner/busboy was kind enough to show us how to eat a crawdad, and we ate 5 pounds each!
They were delicious, and were a genuine southern experience for us two west coasters.
The service was gracious, the food delicious, and I recommend all Californians to eat here whenever you find yourself in Duson Louisiana.
