The previous owner of my home had hired WSB to install the furnace. I had WSB visit for a routine inspection and cleaning. That went fine, however the technician wasn’t able to answer my questions about what kind of air filter I could use. The visit was approximately 30 minutes in length and I received an invoice for $ 254 plus tax. When I called to ask about the amount, I was told that they have a minimum labor charge of $ 245. However I had not been informed of the minimum charge when I scheduled my service.

Seem accessible if you live in Duvall but I’m not planning to use them again. We had a furnace that wasn’t turning on. The technician was onsite for less than ½ an hour and replaced a $ 5.00 fuse. Our bill came to $ 272.00. Maybe that’s the going rate but it’s seems that they are really expensive.
