Would give 0 stars if I could. 3rd Weekend in a row out of plain bagels by 7.30, so today ordered munchkins instead. Asked for mostly jelly and powdered and was given a box of glazed and glazed choc, not a single munchkin I asked for and this order was done by manager. I’ve given up asking for coffee because more often than not it’s going to be wrong

Back to one star. Service has been okay. But quality of their product couldn’t be more inconsistent. 9 out of 10 of my iced coffees are burnt and gross tasting to the point where I can’t even force it down. Mgmt needs to step up and fix the quality issues because in the past few months it has been getting worse.

how can you not be a fan? Maybe I’ve been in LA too long but i miss D+D in the morning. I never thought that they had great doughnuts, maybe back when i was a kid. What more do you expect? stop whining an get coffee or iced coffee_a boston crème or a french cruller(SP*) — it is cheap, fast, and afordable. For those of you who like a little extra with there morning brew go to tooties or starbucks; For you will find no coffee snoots here. All along route nine you’ll find some of the oldest and ill-maintained shops in the country but. that said. the town that it was created in is not to far(Randolph, MA). so if you REALLY want to be satisfied in your D+D experience then, dry your eyes, and travel the 15 or twenty miles there.

Never get anything right. Go next door to Gunther Tooties. Better everything and the employees actually appreciate your business.

Do you really need a review of Dunkin Donuts? Pretty good, but far from great coffee, the donuts(doughnuts is the correct spelling by the way) have gotten progressively smaller over time. Right now, without a doubt you will find superior doughnuts at any other coffee shop in New England, pick one yourself and see. They no longer offer the doughnuts with the little dunking«handle» that made them famous years ago, and my personal favorite, the«whole wheat» doughnut hasn’t been on the menu for years. They seem to be on an endless quest for gimmicks and drinks with names like«iced mochachocolatte cooler» with 4 or 5 dollar price tags. That’s a little steep for cold left over coffee don’t ya think? Here’s a suggestion, try making better doughnuts.
