I can’t comment on the services here but I can comment on their phone manners. I always feel like I am being scolded by some mean school dean. They talk real slow and loud over there like some dumb American assuming someone who doesn’t speak English will somehow understand if you just annunciate properly.
Heaven forbid you have things to do and don’t call them back in a timely fashion?! I always have to hold the phone away from my ear as soon as the booming, «This is…» begins — makes me cringe everytime.
