Charged for coffee. It was to be included in meal.
Then had to go up to counter and ask for the coffee twice. Finally got it when done eating. Check your receipt

This has to be one of the better BK’s out on the area. They are actually pretty quick when getting you your food at the drive through!
The food came out fast even though I had to wait for the fries. I pulled around front and a few moments later they were ready. My whopper was good although I noticed they did away with the boxes. I really hope the sandwiches stay nice and don’t go back to the soggy messes they used to be!

I went to the dyer, IN burger king 4 times within a week. I normally don’t eat at burger king
but there were coupons in the paper. After placing my order, which was just sandwiches, I was harassed and hassled about ordering fries or a drink. This happened every time. I placed my order and that wasn’t good enough.
They knew my order was complete but hassled me anyway. It was very stressful and not the way customers should be treated. And I had to return a sandwich because it was cold and old.
I will not be going to any burger king anywhere any more. I will just go back to McDonalds where they
are Ok with my order. Burger King needs some new corporate management, obviously. Good job Burger King.
