Funny how our dog was never allowed to go downstairs as he was blocked by gates that you saw. It’s one thing to not stand by your product but it’s another to lie and blame it on a dog that couldn’t walk due to Myasthenia Gravis. Thank you very much.

Steve and Emily at Flooring Unlimited helped us with the carpet selection process and even kindly dropped off carpet samples at our house so that we didn’t have to drive to the store. Seriously exceptional service!
They were conscientious of our budget and have a great selection of extra durable (but soft) carpet that is baby and pet friendly! We went with a Shaw brand Tuftex carpet in a multi-​colored gray. LOVE it! They also used a special kind of padding that helps resist moisture.
The installation crew was incredibly professional and friendly. 4 guys came over to install carpet in the baby’s nursery and hallway area! They arrived on time and were done in a few hours! So nice to not have to be at home ALL day for carpet install. They were super clean too… they literally vacuumed 3 times before they left. The main installer went over the job with me to show me little places were the floor wasn’t level… stuff I wouldn’t have even noticed. Little things that were not a big deal to me at all, but just nice that he took the time to make sure we were satisfied.
BEST PART… they beat another quote by a couple hundred dollars! Price, service and quality are all excellent!

Stephen Vignere went above and beyond telling me about ceramic and vinyl floor options and even getting an account with an additional company when I was interested in their product. His quotes were consistently less than competing stores which helped our budget. And his professionalism and dedication were unbeatable. I highly recommend them!
