What can I say?!? Ken was very through in explaining what was wrong with my PC. He was able to get me back online and now I can start saving for my next computer(which I think I’ll purchase from him). Windows 10 didn’t «play well» with my Dell inspiron, but Ken was able to get it working. It’s hard to find a competent computer repair person that isn’t there to rip you off. Ken by far is as good as it gets! He now is my «computer guy»! If I have questions or problems I’m heading to him for the answer! You can’t go wrong with Ken as your computer repair guy!

He is honest, professional, knowledgeable and is reasonable with his charges. Ken takes the time to explain and always does a check, recheck and confirm that all issues are resolved. Fantastic Service! Recently I was having major problems with my Sony windows based laptop. My machine was running incredibly slow, would blue screen, and could not send or receive from Outlook. I had taken the laptop to a couple places and we all believed it had a virus of some sort. Then a friend from Facebook recommended that I contact Ken from Personal Touch Technology. I originally contacted Ken over the phone and we discussed the issues I was having. We decided it was best for me to get my laptop into his hands ASAP. I dropped it by Ken’s location on my way home from work, that just happened to be 9pm at night and he said no problem. That evening Ken started to troubleshoot my machine. The next day Ken called and said he didn’t believe I had a virus, instead he thought my computer just needed updated and cleaned up from many years or usage. Ken then installed Emsisoft Anti-Malware software, updated my windows, updated my drivers and installed some new memory. I was skeptical at first, because others had worked on my computer and nothing seemed to worked. But when I picked up the laptop and took it to work, it was working like a champ. I waited a week or so to see if my machine slowed down again, but it is running just as good as before my issues. For that I am grateful to Ken. I found the service to be 5 star worthy and will recommend others try Personal Touch for their computer needs. I thought the prices charged were very fair for his professional time and attention. Not being very computer savvy myself, Ken explained and communicated in a very easy to understand manner. As a business owner myself, I truly appreciate good customer service and communication.
