they are the Taco Bell of Brazilian steakhouses… you can put a silk hat on a pig… but it’s still a pig!

Try to call them and make a reservation and they don’t answer the phone. they make you leave a message so they can call you back. OK. When are you calling back? I want to make reservations because I am on a schedule. Waiting for a call back doesn’t cut it. Get it together people. I am paying WAY to much to eat there to be treated like this. Goucho’s is only 20 miles away. Maybe they will treat me better.

Rude service, good luck getting seconds on the meat. Overpriced!

DONOTWASTEYOURTIMEANDMONEYONTHISONE! People who think this place is «fine dining» must not have much experience eating out. Rodizio’s is overpriced, bad cuts of meat, marginal salad and pasta bar, and rude wait staff(e.g., demanding we go to the pasta bar when we were clearly not ready to do so). When approached by the manager asking how our meal was, my companion asked him, «Do you REALLY want to know??» He proceeded to tell him it was awful. The manager was astounded that we were unhappy but was unwilling to even reduce by a dollar the $ 100 check! But, he had the nerve to «invite us to return». HA! Not in a million years!

Their words accurately describe how my experience was: A unique dining experience The Gaucho Way. There is no ordering or waiting. For a set price we will start those over 21 with«caipirinha», a cocktail from Brazil that wakes up your taste buds and appetite. Next we invite you to the extensive Tapas Bar, which is an array of vegetables, seafood, and cold meat dishes, followed by an excellent pasta bar. When you return to your table, waiters brandishing swords of sizzling meats, poultry and pork, arrive in never-ending waves, carving tantalizing samples for you. It’s an all out assault on your senses that keep coming until you push back from the table saying«Enough». Its a shame I live so far away, otherwise, I would be a frequent diner :O
