All to often I find that people work really hard to get your initial business but don’t give a shit about keeping it after they cashed the check. As you can see, initially I wrote a great review about Rick and his business. Over the last year I couldn’t be more displeased. From what i’ve head, Stone has picked up some big commercial contracts and as a result, stopped providing the level of service they were know for
to the residential business. Customer service fail.
