Please don’t waste your time and money with this service. I am still cleaning up after them. I asked for a spring cleaning. I got two people for 3 hours. They dusted my nick nacks… but did not clean my door frames and window frames as requested. I was told they do a top to bottom clean… not so. They cleaned sporadically in each room. Did not lift rugs or move items on floor, but cleaned around them… Did not clean the walls as they indicated they would do…
Horrible service .no training… I think my 6 year old granddaughter could have done as well! !!

This company is horrible. I should have known it would be wasted money when the help looks dirty. Pierced, inked, over-​dyed hair major attitude. Never use them again.

I have been using Molly Maids for years but have recently become increasingly dissatisfied with the lack of actually cleaning that takes place. I agree with the reviews above — customer service is terrible… customers are not treated well when issues or concerns arise. Currently waiting to hear about the outcome of one of their employees ruining the finish on my dining room table. Called the day it happened (a Friday) and was promised a call back on Monday… no call so I called the following Friday, one week after destruction, still no resolution today and coming up on three weeks. I have had to make every contact with the company, including sending photos of ruined table… just keep getting the runaround and still no resolution. The «cleaning» team is in and out in less than an hour, dusting is a rare occurence, attention to detail is just not there. The owner obviously does not value customers or the employees!

This was my first experience using a maid service. At first, things seemed great. The very first cleaning was awesome. My house was truly spotless clean for the first time since we moved in. Then things went downhill… FAST. Each subsequent cleaning got progressively worse and when I called to express my concerns I got a «Hmmm…Uh…Well.» I gave them one more shot and of course, to no avail. Finally, I called and told them I wanted to cancel my appointments and I was never asked why or if there was a problem with my service. Just bad customer service.

UPDATE!!! I had to just change my rating from two to one star and here’s why… As per my previous post I contacted Molly Maids to cancel my next cleaning and all future cleanings and was never asked why. Well, surprise to me when I come home at lunch today to find that they had showed up anyway and «cleaned» my home. Not only that, but when the team left my house they RAN OVER MY MAILBOX and tore up my lawn as well!!! What a disappointment. I hope they get their act together. I definitely would not recommend them!!!
