This place truly cares about their customers. I went in the day before the iPhone 5 came out not thinking I had any chance of getting one. The manager there wrote my name down and said if there was extras he would call me. I never thought he meant it or I would actually have a chance to get early. The day after the phone came out he called me and I ran down and got he phone. While I was there I was treated very well and I had everything taken care of by them. Don’t rule out RadioShack just yet, they have the customers interest in mind not like these big box chains who don’t care who u are (best buy).
