Exceedingly helpful and friendly staff at this out-​of-​the-​way Brooks Brothers, and a selection that goes beyond what they have in mainline Brooks Brothers retail stores.
I’ve always loved the Brooks 346 non-​iron shirts, and they’re just never easy to find. On a lark, I drove out to the Eagan outlets, and walked in with less than an hour to closing only to find an entire section of the store filled with them, along with Kira to help me find the best fit. 30 minutes of her patiently digging, unwrapping, and testing later, I’m ready to check out, and Kira’s even gone ahead and pulled up my Brooks corporate membership after I gave her my phone number to sign out with.
I’m not sure how often I’ll find myself in the greater Minneapolis-​St. Paul area, but I do know I’ll be back out here to pick up a few more Brooks 346 shirts when I am.
