This is such an awesome shop! Sue is great, extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help and give advise if something goes wrong with my e cig. I had an issue with my tank and Mike went above and beyond to make sure it was solved immediately. He replaced my tank with a brand new one and filled it with the e juice I had in my old tank. Hands down best costumer service!

First off I’d like to apologize for not remembering the employees name who just helped me, but thank you so much for the info and news updates in the world of vaping. Tons of help! They carry plenty of parts that other places don’t (for me it was a Pyrex replacement for a kanger tank), and have a clean shop which is more than I can say for others. The employee was really helpful and I’ll definitely be back again.

First of all, I was happy to find a place locally with a good selection of hardware as well as juice. The first time I found the place was in April of this year. I spoke with the owner, Sue, who was very nice and convinced me it was worth paying extra to buy from a store instead of getting my mod online. She also said they guaranteed their products and would make sure customers were satisfied. I purchased an eLeaf Istick 50 as well as other items that day for $ 70. So when my two month old Istick stopped working, I took it back into the store and was told by employees the best they could do would be to sell me one at their cost around $ 50. I felt that was unreasonable considering how long I had owned it. So I asked them to call Sue. Her response was to offer me a 15% discount which was worse than previous $ 50 offer and she also refused to talk with me about the situation. So I left with my defective product but vowed to let everyone know this store does not back their products and I would not give them another penny.
I still wish to shop locally when possible but I will continue the hunt for an honorable business who follows through on promises made during the sale.

As a vaper who lives in Eagan, I was overjoyed when I found out about this place! The staff I encountered was nowhere near as condescending as the E-​Cig Crib crew can be. The woman behind the counter was courteous and carried on conversation with me on a one on one basis. They have a gigantic TV and couch for lounging and vaping, and two flavor sampling stations complete with barstools. They have a nice variety of mods, and a great selection of clearomizers and drip tips. This place is definitely more than just a hole in the wall vape shop, and I wish them nothing but success! I will definitely be returning at least twice a month, if not almost weekly, and I will be sure to recommend this place to all my vaping friends.
P. S. I would like to see events planned in the future, like local vape meets, or RBA tutorial workshops.
