I want to rate the overall experience. Have had both great and not so great experiences. Some hygienists are extremely good and some are nasty. In case the child goes directly from school, you have to make sure they brush over there. Good hygienists gently guide you to brush your teeth at the basin in the office but bad ones make faces and condemn you while saying the same thing. To make it worse, the office sends a condemning letter home as well.
Dr Hipple has always been great. He’s kind and gently with kids and is an expert at his work.
Mixed experience with the receptionists. They used to send reminders to even make an appointment but now they say its not our policy to remind people for taking appointments and they cannot track who has taken appointment or no. Really? I have emails to prove that some of the front office people sent to remind me to take appointments. So obviously they changed a very useful service.
Overall I would say they are good at their work, office is clean, staff is friendly while you are there but they have miles to go with customer service. Sorry can’t rate more than 3 here.
Most likely will not continue treatment here in the future.

Very clean offices and extremely friendly staff. My kids are never scared to go to him.
