National Dusters

I bought a living social for 3 hours of house cleaning to use before my daughters birthday party. Making an appointment was an ordeal, they would not respond to phone calls only emails, which is hard when trying to make appointments and the emails were short, curt and unprofessional. It also took 2 emails to reconfirm the appointment the week of.
Day of a sweet young girl did show up on time (phew!). I showed her everything we wanted clean in order of preference and then I left to get my daughter out of the house while she worked since the last thing she needed was an almost 2 year old in her way. We returned after 2.5 hours and I was surprised how little had been done. She had cleaned the living room and was almost done with our kitchen. That was in 2.5 hours! She then quickly did the guest bathroom that is only used for my daughter to take baths in and therefore was hardly dirty. She left 10 minutes early since «not much I can do in 10 minutes and I have another house I need to get to.» I didn’t argue with her since anything she did in 10 minutes would have been null anyway and I knew I was going to have to spend the next day cleaning myself now after this disappointing experience.
How a «professional» cleaner can clean 1 medium sized living room, 1 medium sized kitchen and a small barely used bathroom in 3 hour is beyond me!?! The rooms were «clean» but nothing spectacular I have come to expect her I get my house cleaned professionally.
Phone calls and emails about this experience to the company were never returned.

for a someone from National Dusters to come and clean my home. Upon visiting the website i noticed that they also had a sanitation cleaning that they offered so i thought, what the heck… and made an appointment. The Girl that came to my house was really nice and asked if there was anything i wanted her to start on right away. She cleaned and the they Sanatized for me. MY HOUSE SMELLS AMAZING and i dont think that even i could have cleaned it better and its my own house. i was home the whole time and was so impressed that i ordered cleaning on a regular basis. love love love!!!
