Take the metro-​express to and from school at the beginning and end of the term. The busses are clean and usually on time, so that’s a plus. They could do a better job with scheduling, especially during school breaks. Also, they charge a bit much for tickets – the airport bus costs $ 15 to travel 50 miles. I usually pay the same amount to travel between New York and Boston or DC – both trips of 200+ miles.
Gets you where you need to go, but a little bit of competition is needed.

We took one of our skating teams from California to a competition in Edina MN. 15 skating teenagers, and as many parents. We were very nervous, and with quite a few trips from the hotel to the rink and back, and some tours on the side.
Everything went very smoothly from the planning stage: a very responsive Joni making sure everything was covered and planned.
Every driver consistently made us aware of what was happening and their whereabouts. All of them were very professional, courteous and punctual.
We specially want to highlight driver Bruce. He was very caring, nice and made a long day for us go smoothly. He even endured the teenagers singing on the bus; and took the opportunity to come watch and cheer for the team.
All the buses were very comfortable, clean, and the drivers made sure the bus was warm by the time we had to be on it. (In Minnesota this can be very important.)
Next time we have another event in Minnesota, we have no doubt who to contact.
