Papa John’s pizza

I have ordered pizza twice for my work functions. The second time was because my co-​workers voted on this one, and I was outnumbered. This is not a great place for pizza.
To their benefit, the first delivery guy was friendly and pleasant to be around. He also had a good sense of humor. However, the second delivery was rude. He had an awful tone to his voice. It sounded like he did not want to be there. On both instances, the individual I talked to on the phone was not pleasant while I was taking the order. I should have stopped the order mid-​way, according to his attitude.
Unfortunately, the pizza took a little over an hour to be delivered when they said a half hour. I did not get any reimbursement or any apology for these mishaps, even though I mentioned it to the individual on the phone and the manager. None of the employees even acknowledged this mishaps. I felt that this whole experience was a waste of my time, not to mention my co-​workers’ time.
The taste of the pizzas did not make the long waits worth my time. Both times, I ordered the sausage and pepperoni. Neither time did the pizzas come hot and fresh. The pizzas felt and tasted like they were in open air for a long time. On both visits, the pizzas tasted so bad that I could not eat any more than one slice.
When I am in the area and need some pizza, I will be staying away from this place. I will continue to put Carbone’s as my top priority because they are much better. I do not feel like I can count on Papa John’s for good quality pizza or overall quality experience.

I ordered a pizza for delivery. The crust was not fully baked. The dough in the middle of the pizza was not done.

I had delivery to my office because I don’t have a Papa John’s near my home. I was stuck in the office and decided to order a pizza from here. I chose the bacon cheeseburger pizza and it was delicious! They use thousand island dressing as the sauce which made this the most flavorful Bacon Cheeseburger pizza that I have ever had! It reminded me of a Big Mac. I will definitely order this pizza again. The delivery driver was friendly and polite. I ordered through the web site.
