Very rude pharmacist(Mohammad) at this location, tried to transfer my mom’s prescription out due to finding an easier delivery system. My parents sought his help, they complained to me that he was very difficult to work with, couldn’t understand him.(to me) So we had the new pharmacy contact him, and the same issue. In addition, he couldn’t follow through with sending the new pharmacy a current list. The only reason I place a 3 on this, is that the manager of the store thanked me for the call. I however, I’m still Unilocaling this pharmacy, as it has taken needless hours on my side to try to figure what medications she is on. Mater of fact, I’m still not sure. I live across country, and find it ridiculous in that we couldn’t get the information any easier. Yes, I checked their website, but it is also somewhat confusing when you have a lot of drugs. My mom had been really sick, and her drugs have changed. We needed accurate records(at one time she was on 18, now 8… I don’t want to risk a med error. In addition, the other complaint they could barely understand him, not clear English, great, and your dealing with older folks with hearing loss, even more chance of an error. Perhaps he should be a bit more understanding, patient, and clear.
