If there were ten stars to give I’d give them! My Maine Coon cat passed away unexpectedly a few days ago. I did not want to bring his remains to the vet to have him put in a plastic bag and thrown on a van for cremation, and the kind folks at Infinity give pet owners the option of bringing your pet in yourself. They were gracious and took the time with me to explain everything really well. They let you put in a few special items, in my case it was a white silk scarf and his favorite sweater of mine that he used to lie on. They did not try to sell me an expensive urn, even though they had many on display to choose from. I think that was the best part of my experience, that you could really tell they started this business with compassion and understanding… and they are succeeding!
