Since this is the only restaurant in Eagle Mountain, they have a corner on the market. I like the enchiladas (beef with red sauce). The salsa is made fresh, and it isn’t too spicy so my kids really like it. The owner always makes us feel welcome when we go there but I do wonder how they stay in business because it is rare that other diners are in when we visit. She says they have a big take-​out business. So… call for take out.
