I have had these brokers for about a year now. They never listen to me when I email or call and ask them questions about my car insurance policy. They lost my signed insurance paperwork that was a pain to get faxed in to them and then harassed me to send it again. They didnt find me the best rates or try to get me discounts that I only found out about through my own research even though thats kind of their job. I only stuck around for another 6 months because they apologized and promised it wouldn’t happen again. I would never reccomend them. Theres way too many brokers in boise to put up with getting treated the way I did. Ill save my business for someone who actually works for it.
