Connect Wireless has put a dent on AT&T in Idaho. Can’t believe the difference between a corporate store and a certified dealer! I have had NOTHING but problems with connect wireless. Reps that don’t want to help sell you a phone? Would rather let me walk out of the store then add a line on a plan? AT&T corp stores go out of there way to help and sell phones and accessories. We have gone into the Glenwood store now 3 (yes 3) times and Todd has been the only rep who would rather sell phones then sit of FB. No wonder people think AT&T sucks GO TO BROADWAY store. I’m still in shock that a sales person who works on commission and money walks in the door to them wouldn’t take advantage of that?

Rich makes this store great. Every time I have gone in there he is awesome and super helpful. I had a ton of questions about my bill and he lowered it about $ 50. So not only was he helpful, but he worked at making another satisfied customer. Can not say enough good things about him.

The manager Corey was a one man show as he was in the middle of restaffing. That didn’t stop him from being fast and efficient in all aspects of service. He analyzed our plan and our equipment. We were able to get a better phone than we thought, changed our numbers to Idaho numbers, activated our iPad to receive data, changed our AT&T plan and my bill will stay almost the same! Outstanding work and great service. I will only go here for my AT&T/Cell phone needs!

Great service. Jack and Justin both went above and beyond expectations to help me with my new iPhone. Setting it up, syncing and answering my novice questions. All this without making me feel like a techno-​idiot. Will be doing all my AT&T ordering with them
