This is one of my favorite breweries in Colorado! They make great beer, have friendly bar tenders, allow dogs to run around, have good live music on the weekends, and they contribute a ton to the community in Eagle. What’s not to love about a place like that?

This place is the coolest, affordable prices, non begging bartenders, just a nice vibe all around … beer is also good comparing with what i had in Roaring Fork Valley. i drive here all the time and always have a good time, Don’t forget the free popcorn ^_^

I’ve been a beer geek since before craft beer was a thing(I sound like a jerk). I travel a lot for work. I plan my trips to CO around stopping here. 20 taps of awesome on par with Cigar City. Into beer? Come here, you won’t be disappointed. Not into beer? Come anyway, it’s a awesome place to hang out.

This was such a good find! The neighborhood vibe was welcoming-dogs and babies too. The beer was very good, especially the imperial stout!

Great concept. Loved being able to bring my dog. Gaming was on par. Also loved the patio seating. Beer selection was creative and the names are very tongue-in-cheek.

Beers were delicious. I did a flight and enjoyed them all. The prices are sooooo reasonable. The bartender was very friendly. I felt like we had been friends for years! The head brewer even stopped to chat for a second. Atmosphere was cool and laid back. This place is going to be getting a lot of my paycheck in months to come.

This brewery rocks. They have about a dozen solid beers on tap, popcorn for munching, dog-friendly patrons, and are just a few moments off the highway. Great, eclectic décor and decent patio space. The staff is interested in their guests. I was pregnant on my last visit and they allowed me to have as many tiny tasters as I wanted(at no charge). I’ve been getting more and more stingy with my five-star reviews, these guys deserve it. I also want to add that the music you play in your business matters A LOT.

This was a great place to stop on our recent camping trip to Sylvan Lake. They have a ton of beers on tap, lots of variety. My favorite was the mild with a hint of anise. They are a very dog-friendly establishment, which was awesome because we had to leave our dogs home this trip. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Eagle!

Tiny establishment, but BIG on character and brews! I had no idea that Bonfire had so many brews on tap. I tried a solid variety when I was there and I will admit that I enjoyed some a lot more than others — but all were decent. My favorite things about this establishment are as follows: 1) They let well-behaved dogs hang out in the bar with you! 2) KICKASSPATIOWITHBONFIRE! 3) Gluten Free beer that is actually drinkable — not an easy feat to pull off 4) awesome half-pint sizes for those of us who like to switch it up a lot, and also half-growlers to take home brews! at super reasonable prices! If you are passing by Eagle, it is definitely worth a stop to spend some time at Bonfire. Truly a brewery by locals, for locals — unlike *ahem* Glenwood Canyon Brewing in Glenwood Springs. Totally dig this place. And don’t forget they have FREE pub quiz here on Monday nights at 7:30pm!

This place is awesome! The patio when there is live music can’t be beat, large variety of beers, and always a stop for us when we’re in Eagle. Happy hour daily, no restaurant, but you can bring your own food. And, the place is dog friendly!!!

Great on-tap beer selection, dog-friendly patio, free popcorn and friendly, laid-back staff. What more do you need from a brewery taproom?

I absolutely fell in love with this place! My girlfriend and I found a groupon for Bonfire and decided we’d check it out. I could not have been more impressed. The Firestarter IPA is incredible! I am a total beer geek, I have been to many breweries across the country, and this one is one of my favorites. The atmosphere is so laid back and friendly, fully-equipped with a fire pit and swings on the patio. You just can’t beat this place, I have since sent several of my friends to check it out when they’re in the area.

For a smaller brewery(both in output and size of the space) they sure do impress! For starters they have around 20 beers on tap.20! I initially saw that and though oh man these probably wont be amazing since its hard to make that many good beers… well they nailed it. Out of all the beers we tried(all except the gluten free) there were about two I didnt care much for. My standout favs — the Porter, both barrel aged beers, and the pale ale. They also had quite a few bombers/to-go beers for sale that were not on tap. the scotch barrel sour was impressive! The taproom is a bit smaller but didnt seem too crowed. Few tables/ledges and a decent sized bar to sit at. The crowd was very cool. mix of locals, people passing through, and ski commuters. The staff was also very friendly. Ill be back for sure.

Awesome. Really wish we had this type of cozy brewery in Glenwood. The tap list is amazing– something like twenty at all times. You can be sure to find the variety of beer you’re looking for, and that it will be delicious. Their Firestarter IPA is a great choice. Nice patio with a fire pit, and also super cozy inside. Can catch live music here on the weekends. Staff is pretty friendly. Free popcorn a bonus!

I love to visit local breweries whenever I travel, and this is a great one. Awesome selection and so many different flavor profiles to try. The staff is accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. The bar area is dog friendly, so that’s a plus as well. A little out of the way — but well worth it!

First brewery we hit(out of three) and probably the best of the day. Guys working the bar were really nice(one was the head brewer/owner i think), free popcorn, and super cool dogs — what more could i want? Oh yeah, beer. My favorite drink was actually the root beer — crazy good. It was amber colored and spicy(like mulling spices). My sister even got a pint! The beers had amusing names(dark helmet — awesome). The boys liked the whiskey stout the best. If in Eagle or Vail — you should go!

Bonfire Brewery was one of the better breweries that we visited while traveling to Moab and the Western Slope. The guys that ran the place were friendly and even let us bring in our dog so we didn’t have to take turns with sitting in the car with her. We had a nice conversation with them. I had my first California Common beer which was very unique and was surprised I never seen or heard of it till I made my way west. California Common is a steamed beer and you can really tell by how it tastes. There was one other brewery we went to that also had California Common so it seems popular on the Western Slope. Definitely a place to go to despite the small town of Eagle that surrounds you.
