My husband and I just moved to town. I’m a new mom and desperately needed a good cut to somewhat prevent my sweet baby from pulling my hair out so much. I have wanted long hair for a while now, so it was hard to even think about chopping it… But thanks to Emmy (the owner) I LOVE my new cut! I called her the day before and she got me in the very next day. They also do walk-​ins as well, I just wanted to make sure I could get in and out. Unfortunately my hair is thicker than most expect so it did run a little into her next appointment, but that was definitely not her fault. Great service, great price, and great cut. Go to their website for their first time client deal! Very reasonable! Definitely going back!

We were in from out of town and my friend needed a haircut. She got a great cut and a lengthy pampering appointment with shampoo, scalp massage and style. All with a new client discount, too! Very happy.

I went in for a cut and wasn’t impressed. Waited 20 minutes (yes, I had an appt) and while I was waiting had to observe and listen to a fairly obnoxious masseuse walking around the salon barefoot. Yuck. All of the other women seemed nice but overall the vibe was a well decorated yet pricey SuperCuts.

I have had two experiences at Studio Salon & Spa with Emmy Woodke, and both have left me singing her praises! I told her that I am not a very fashion forward woman and needed help deciding on lowlights. I was really drawn to her suggestion of getting a caramel color for my dark brown hair. She took out her phone and took me right to a Pinterest board she has with all varieties of colors. She showed me how determined she was to make sure the vague idea I had in my head would turn out fabulous. Emmy is very professional and in tune with her customers. She offered me drinks (water, coffee) and never once made me feel like it was an inconvenience to her.
The inside of the salon is very clean and professional. Studio Salon & Spa is definitely MY place to go. You will not be disappointed – ask for Emmy!

My stylist, Lindsay, did a wonderful job with my hair. She listened to what I wanted, which was soft layers on my long hair, and it turned out exactly how I envisioned. I appreciated that she would let me know what she was doing next, and was so sweet and friendly. The salon is beautiful and the prices are reasonable. Definitely recommended!

Studio salon and spa is the best thing that happened to my hair! Lisa was my hairdresser and she really listened to what I wanted. She is super talented. I love what she did with my hair. I had very boring long hair. I wanted to keep the length but wanted a change at the same time. She took my flat long hair and added such beautiful layers to it. I have never been so happy with a haircut before.
Apart from the awesome and talented hairdressers this salon is a very clean and friendly place to get your services done.

Just moved to Boise and I was looking for a permanent hair stylist and I found her! Ally is amazing! She did exactly what I wanted. my hair looks fabulous, her recommendations are great! She isn’t pushy and she is an amazing girl! So glad I met her! I had a haircut, color, style and a deep-​conditioning treatment – everything my hair needed. The salon is clean, professional and has wonderful ambiance.

Highly recommend this place, more specifically, Ally! It was my first time coming here and she worked wonders with my hair. I had a full highlight done and was so happy with the end result! She knew exactly what to do, and was extremely nice and quick. I found this salon through Unilocal and so thankful I did.

Extremely clean, fairly quiet, very tastefully decorated and great service. I have followed my stylist for 7 years now and this is my favorite locations that she has been at. Emily Lucas is an amazing stylist, a color expert and knows her cuts. Price is affordable.

I have been seeing the same stylist for a couple of years now, Jocey… She works magic! She ended up here after working at a different salon, and of course I came to see her. She can do everything — dye, cut, extensions, updos, waxing, makeup, maybe even more… Perfect every time, and she loves what she does. On top of that, she is incredibly nice and fun to talk to. I actually live in Washington now, but visit often and hold out sometimes for way too long just too see her.
The salon itself is very chic. I don’t think they held back much the expense of the interior. Nice sitting area if you have to wait and they have a Keurig machine if you want to use it.
The entire staff is really nice, although I’ve only ever seen Jocey. Apparently the owner brings in her monkey if you go in on a Saturday… I keep meaning to go see that.
Highly recommended!
