Eleven years later, a locally owners and well managed special place for lunch or dinner. Delicious menu with soft classy music yet comfortable and simple setting. Appreciate the people and be surprised with the quality of the food.

Went for a very early dinner so I can’t comment on the wait times or service, there was only one other table occupied. The food was great! I had the Baked Tuscan Penne with chicken. I took half of it home, so serving size is good. My friend had tri tip dish with a merlot sauce. He loved it and his serving was huge! The place is small but a very nice intimate setting and the wait staff was fast and attentive. I really enjoyed my merlot and I also liked my taste of my companions cab. I’ll be going back to try some other dishes that tempted me!

Awesome!!! This was an awesome place to go for a last minute lunch date. The tri tip dip was one of the best I’ve ever had a d the tomato soup was incredible. A new favorite.

I have been here several times for lunch, usually late afternoon, and the food is always good. But I asked the server about the wine(like where it was from) and his response was he had no idea because he isn’t a wine drinker! I asked him if he could just check, which he did. I just thought he could gave been a bit more helpful(we were the only customers so not like they were busy). Also asked for a couple more olives, for which I was charged $ 1.00. I’m sure that hasn’t been the case on previous occasions. Also the ice tea is $ 3.95 a glass, which is high I think. We has more expensive entrées, wine, dessert, etc so not like I don’t expect to pay what things are worth. Anyway, this time I was disappointed in a few things.

Tomato basil soup in a bread bowl. Nothing else to say. Delicious. All their other dishes are pretty decent too. Adorable little place for lunch

It appears that the«cook» at this restaurant has no formal culinary training. He reminds me of a failed High School Math Teacher who suddenly decided to open up an Italian Restaurant. I mean — it’s only Italian — how hard could it be?

I’ve been here twice for lunch. Both times, the service was very good, and I’d even say the second time, with Bryant, it was excellent. More important, the food was consistent — excellent! The tomato soup is amazing, especially if you enjoy a hint of cheese and but still a full-bodied tomato flavor. I’ve seen three different salads up close and personal, and all were very fresh, generous in portion, and with interesting ingredients. The pastrami sandwich(unlike one in someone else’s older review) was very nicely stuffed with quality, deli pastrami, a good layer of cheese, and all in a very nice roll/bread(which can make all the difference in a sandwich, right?) The ambience is fine — it’s got a deli/bistro feel. Looking forward to going back and trying other stuff on the menu.

Small, kind of strange location off to the side of/behind albertsons. I personally judge an italian restaurant on their eggplant parmesan and this was probably the best I’ve had in quite a while. Thicker than most, perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside. Extra sauce to go along with just the right amount of spaghetti. Service was good, prices are reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

I ordered angel hair pasta with lemon pesto and shrimp for take out. I had planned on having this for 2 meals, but it was so good I devoured the whole thing. I highly recommend that dish. The takeout service was great.

I heard this place was really good but I was very disappointed. I ordered the pastrami sandwich and the meat was very skimpy. One side of the sandwich only had one slice of meat and the other 3. Most pastrami sandwich’s have a lot more in them. For the price, it was just way too skimpy. I may give them one more try but if they fail I’ll never go back. Two stars because the flavor was good but I’ve had a lot better.

Went here here with a total of four people. Made reservations on a Saturday night. We were very happy with the service, food, and ambiance. If you are wanting a fast dinner, I would probably suggest doing takeout or going somewhere else. We enjoyed a bottle of good by reasonably priced wine, two appetizers, 4 entrees, and with tip it cost about 30 dollar per person. It is a small place and they were busy during the peak dinning hours but had open tables after about 8pm. I would certainly go here again with friends as long as they don’t have kids. I would say the atmosphere is a little more on the intimate side than I would want to bring kids too.

Very small restaurant in a commercial/office area. Nice ambiance. Very good service. But the tri tip sandwiches were top notch. Meat was melt in your mouth and bread was just right. Fresh tomato soup and spinach salad were both good. We’ll go again soon.

We ate here on a Saturday night. After reading the reviews I expected it to be crowded. It is a small place but there were only a few people in there. I can see why. The food was average to below average. The minute we sat down the waitress began to «up-sell» us, she was relentless and I found it offensive. I would have a hard time going back because of that, but since the food was poor, I definitely won’t go back.

First time eating here and in not so many words amazing. Everything is fresh and has the perfect authentic taste. From the bread to the desert everything was perfect. Best italian I’ve ever have had. Thank you so much!

The food was great, and generous for the price. But the service was horrible! We weren’t acknowledged when we walked in, in fact the 3 staff members practically turned and ran while we stood there. It’s a small place, and even though there were tables near the windows, we were seated in a small dark corner by the restrooms. There was only one other table back there, with an older couple seated there. Each of us had a different waitress, which seemed kind of odd. But worse yet, if one of the servers was back there, and the other table asked for something, the response was, «I’ll let your server know.» Even to the point coming into or leaving the area empty handed! No teamwork whatsoever. Both tables requested coffee at the end of the meal. The other couple say for about 10 minutes waiting, then the server for the other table brought the check, with no coffee. She apologized, and told the customer to keep waiting because she had already added the coffee to the check. When she finally returned, she forgot the cream. When we, and they, got cream, it was lumpy and spoiled. The servers both argued with us that the cream didn’t expire for 20 more days so it was fine, despite the smell and texture. We had to argue with the server to have it removed from our bill. No manager in sight to resolve the issue. There are too many choices for Italian food in the area; we won’t go back.

This is a great little restaurant. Four of us had dinner for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend the Calamari appetizer. The eggplant dishes are exceptional. They are seasoned well and not over sauced. For the first time, we ate outside on the patio. While the table was a bit small, it was comfortable and conducive to good conversation. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for an Italian restaurant«off the beaten track» where you can sit back and enjoy a delicious meal, I highly recommend The Stuffed Olive.

I used to go here all the time. My family and I liked it. That was until I left my coat there one evening and they donated it to charity!!! They even knew where I work, so they could’ve contacted me to let me know. Very poor customer service.

This is my favorite lunch stop in Eagle. The food is all freshly prepared and consistently yummy. I have not yet been disappointed with a meal. The salads are crisp and full of tasty toppings. The dressings are made in house and are hard to choose from because there are so many! I am a big fan of the pear and walnut salad with chicken. The sandwiches are also very good and are served on soft fresh bread. One of my favorite things is the roasted tomato soup. The service is usually reasonably quick and the staff is friendly. The restaurant itself is very small and so seating is limited. Outside there are a few patio seats which are very nice in more pleasant temperatures. The only drawback would be the price which is a little high for an every day lunch, but for a nice lunch out with say your boss or a date this is the place to go!

Excellent dinner, great service. We enjoyed the eggplant parmigiana and the truth tip. All very good. Quite sufficient quantities. Very fair prices. They offered vegetables — spinach and mushrooms — as an alternative to the pasta side. Thanks. Desserts were great, too! A smaller place, so it could be tight on a busy night. Give them a try!
