Safe and Secure, that is how I feel with ADT Security Services. I originally started out with Brinks Home Security when I had a system installed in my home. Then with mergers and buy-outs, I am now with ADT and in my opinion it is for the best. When I wanted to get rid of my landline, ADT made it so easy for me to transfer everything over to a cellular program. Most recently, ADT notified me of changes to the cellular program and sent a tech out to my home to make the necessary changes to my equipment. This visit was at not cost to me. That makes me a happy loyal customer. On occasion I have had to call the customer service department for various reasons and have never had a long wait period. My calls and questions have all been dealt with in a minimum amount of time. I believe that since they are dealing with, «security» that they respond quickly. If you are looking for a home or business security system — I recommend ADT.

This review should be directed to corporate ADT, but I don’t know where to place it. I have been a customer for over twenty-five years and called this morning to ask why I am getting the words«Message» when I set my alarm. I’ve been on hold over seventeen minutes having had to listen to, «Your call is important to us,» and«We’re experiencing a high level of call volume.» I held for the survey at the end of the call they wanted me to take and pressed #1 to be connected to the survey. After twenty-five rings and no answer I gave up! So much for customer service!
