Having had many issues with this location in the past I decided to give it a shot again this morning. Ordered a drink off of the seasonal menu — undrinkable. The girl at the window only said my total — nothing else. 17 minutes to get through the line start to finish. I hate that they tried to up sell me in the drive through and didn’t enunciate what they were saying but then got upset when I asked her to repeat what she said. Listen, I am all for local businesses but they aren’t the only game in town. They have been around for so long based on the fact that there weren’t any other options. Now there are. I won’t ever make the mistake of trying to support these guys again — especially since they have made it so apparent they really don’t care for business. The positive for this visit is that they didn’t mess up the order this time.

I’m impressed with this location. The atmosphere is clean and comfortable; the music is kicking; the food and drink is hot and fresh. The prices are a tiny bit high but the quality in terms of product, service and facilities justify the price. This establishment is geared toward the in and out coffee folks. I opted to sit and write– I was comfortable but such does not seem to be the dominant practice.

My favorite! Most of all I like that they have many sugar free flavors, so I can try many of the seasonal drinks without worrying about calories or blood sugar levels. Starbucks can’t match that, and the prices are much better too. They also have some great muffins and Danish. They have lunch items too but I haven’t tried any yet. It’s a great place to meet friends or to hang out.

Probably one of the best places to get coffee in the Greenville Area. it’s a bit pricey but the selection and what I’ve had so far is well worth it!

Came back for a second try after the manager messaged me and asked some questions, really wanting to understand my experience. That was cool.
Had the café au lait with maple biscotti. Nailed the au lait. Good biscotti. Decent crowd on a rainy day.
Plenty of seating, good place to work (a few were). Pleasant staff.

First time coming in here, first thing I noticed that they have a wonderful atmosphere, and loads of options for coffee and some great food. I will most decently come back here and will drive out of the way to not go to *bucks. Amazing service.

Oh, what a fine!!! Atmosphere, excelled customer service, fresh roasted coffee, sandwiches, protein shakes, smoothies, LOVELY. On our visit, we found the staff to be helpful and courteous even at a time they were busy. No complaints and definitely will recommend the location.

I’m from Easley now live in Chicago… I went one morning for hot tea to help my allergies. The next time I went for a iced latte!!! Thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness, hospitality, and awesome coffee and teas… This a hidden gem in Easley…

The Espresso was just weak I ordered a 4 shot espresso and it tasted like coffee I make at home on a bad day. Although they would probably have made it to my liking (they were doing the same for another customer), I just didn’t have the time.

Best coffee in South Carolina! Way better than Starbucks because you can actually taste the flavors instead of burnt coffee beans. The frozen White Coyote is my favorite, but Coyote Coffee constantly has seasonal creations, which I recommend too.

I had a very pleasant talk with the owner, she questioned as to why my earlier review was not so pleasant and i explained to her my concerns and she was very understanding and even went as far as to explain that they had went that extra step to make shure that i got the my smoothie exactly the way i like it and at the same price. I like the fact that the owner didn’t come across as mad about the review, but truly concerned and wanting to know, in fact, taking the initiative to implement customer service procedures to help tough cases like myself… lol. From one customer service to another, if the flow in fact does trickle down then this company will stay in business for a long time because they do care about their customer.

This is my favorite place. I get a great value for my money and the coffee is excellent. Service is above average. The staff remembers what I like and how I like it and they have it ready. I highly recommend the Coyote Coffee Café.
