Sam’s Club

It’s not possible to give a negative star rating or I would.
Tried to make Friday night easy… grab a quick bite while running a few errands and call the week done.
Stopped into this Sam’s around 7p… still an hour til closing (at 8p).
#1 — 6 Hot Dog combos please… sorry, out of hotdogs… will take 30 minutes til we have more…
#2 — (Me)Large Cheese Pizza and 6 drinks please… (her)sorry it’ll take 10 to 15 minutes to cook one (note: the pizza case had three pieces of very old and sad pizza sitting there)… (me) ummmmmm there is a cheese pizza… right there… coming out of the oven… right now… (her)oh, I put that in for the pizza case… that’s for everybody to choose from (by the way, there were about 10 people in line behind me)… at this point I’m about to lose it, but I have kids & hubby to feed, some odds and ends to pick up, and less than an hour to do it… sooooooooo
#3 — (me) ok… I’ll take 6 cheese pizza combos… (her — looks in the case) I’ll have to see if there’s any cheese… (me) ummmmmm is that one that just came out of the oven (didn’t we have this discussion LITERALLY 30 seconds ago) (but in my mind I was going IN THE OVEN!!! RIGHT THERE!!!)
So, apparently you cannot have a large pizza with 6 drinks at this Sam’s… but you CAN have a large pizza that is cut into 6 slices (yes, these pizzas are ALWAYS cut into 6 slices), paired with a drink, and called a combo at this location… of course you will have to tell the person behind the counter what kind of pizza they have and where it is to accomplish this, but hey… you didn’t expect them to do all the work did you???
