Nothing personally relating to this location, but very disappointed in Verizon overall. Very expensive, the«bonus points» is a huge joke… I have something like 350000 points right now but when you look at merchandise or items to purchase or use in the bonus system they take like 5000 points and you still have to pay hundreds of dollars for whatever the item is and its marked up more expensive than if you just walked in the store and purchased it yourself so there’s absolutely no savings there. My next rant is about paying miscellaneous fees that supposedly defray the cost of governmental taxation. Well, I would love to defray my tax liabilities off on my neighbors as well but we can’t do that now can we so f*@% you Verizon!

By far the best Verizon store I have been to. The staff is tech savvy and friendly. Service after the sale is hard to find but they seem to understand it. They offer how to classes to help you use your device more efficiently. I live in Greenville now but will make the drive back to Easley if I need their help.
