Overall good service although took about a week for diagnose and order new door installed.
Jonathan is professional only takes about 20 – 30 minutes to get new one equipped, he also offered couple of tips how to maintain the unit and introduce the new feature for the unit (wifi control, keypad, etc.). I was quite satisfied for the service, but timing for the project could be shorter.

Very professional, prompt service, My garage door was broken and my car was stuck inside. The girl (Sandy) in the office was very helpful and a service tech showed up the same morning I called. I am completely satisfied and would highly recommend Buffalo Overhead Door for anything you may need when it comes to your garage door.
