Dishonest. First, they charged us for two slots when we needed only one. They refunded the error same day. We kept our vehicle in their facility for nine days, but were charged for 2 months plus a deposit. We gave written and verbal notice, they acknowledged both(Message me, I’ll provide the emails from them). Room to Spare told our credit card company that they did not receive written notice(even though they’d replied to our written notice with a «thank you for letting us know). Even had they not received written notice that they acknowledged with an email response, it still would not have been appropriate to charge for two months of storage when the storage period was nine days, nine days that didn’t span the turn of the month. They tried to triple-charge and after 3 months of back and forth with the credit card company, the credit card company looked at the emails, payments, and attempted charges and resolved in our favor. At the end of the day, they are not honest. I’m grateful my credit card company took the time to review emails and make phone calls.
