I’m new to Western NY, so I went here because it was close, and I knew a couple people who frequented the place as well. Firstly, they couldn’t manage to get out a couple basic coffee stains, when I’ve seen other places erase them pretty quickly. Hmm. I was also a little put off by the political petitions they had — we’re talking about ring around the collar, not the Tea party, people. Sorry, having someone’s agenda shoved down my throat when I’m picking up my dry cleaning doesn’t sit well with me. I guess i just don’t feel it’s appropriate. Oh yeah, and the lady at the front was a little brusque and rude. I’m not asking that we braid each other’s hair and talk American Idol, but a simple response to my, «hello, how are you?» would really go a long way. And a «you’re welcome» to my «thank you» would be worlds better than the awkward stare I received in response. Guess I’m looking for something with a little more competence and politeness.
