This is a reliably consistent Hampton experience. I now consider it the standard for the tier 2 hotel industry. Rooms are comfortable, clean and modern including a DVD player. Some aging is seen on ceilings but this was a minimal issue. Breakfast(included) was, again, exactly as expected from Hampton. Light and bold coffee options to suit individual tastes. Hot food choices change daily(at least for a 3 day stay) and many other options — waffles, oatmeal, fruit, cereals, yogurts, juices and bakery items. My only complaint was that ham rounds on the first day were still cold — steam table needs to either be turned on sooner or temperature raised. Front desk staff during all shifts were friendly and accommodating. The hotel includes exercise room and pool and is attached to a conference/event facility. It is nicely situated in the walkable downtown of East Aurora.

Visited here in January of 2014, but just getting to the review now. We were a family of four, and we all loved how quaint and great this place was. In short: — Clean, quiet, spacious room: the kids loved having their own sofa bed with tv in the living room, while we adults had our own separate bedroom with separate bathroom(with jacuzzi tub!) and electric fireplace. Aah! — As mentioned by others: very friendly staff, from the moment we walked in. Answered our questions about the closest snowtubing resort and a decent restaurant to get good wings. Very nice and helpful about the DVD loans. — Nice amenities: as mentioned above, our room was perfect. The inn also had a relaxing pool and hot tub; lovely front room with comfortable tables and sofas in front of the cosy fireplace; and a sweet little library where we could borrow books(including some funny older books that looked like they were from the 70s) to take back to our room. — Freebies: As mentioned, there were free DVDs that we could borrow from a binder of titles. These even came with free popcorn!(We took out two. They were just movies, but our kids were thrilled by the fact that an inn had free DVDs to borrow!) Free cookies and drinks(hot chocolate, coffee, water) at the counter during the day, and cute little boxes of mint there as well. Satisfying complimentary breakfast. We also loved the fact that they had a whole basket of free ice scrapers on the counter.(Hey, it was January, and East Aurora is in the Buffalo area. Ice scrapers are a necessity.) Overall, well done, Hampton Inn East Aurora! Our kids keep asking when we can come back. Never thought of East Aurora as a must-go destination, but we definitely will come back.

Great suite. Fireplace, jacuzzi tub(obviously for newlyweds), separate living area from bedroom and large bathroom. Super quiet rooms hard to tell others are here besides us. Great free breakfast with multitude of foods, a real notch above other hotel buffets. Comfy bed and friendly staff made for a pleasant stay.

A nice, basic hotel. Stayed there for one night in March 2014. But found it very expensive for the area. It was $ 197 for the night, with«$ 9,95 Erie CT tax» and«$ 17.24RM State Sales Tax,» for a total of $ 224 for the night. Considering there’s no food available or bar(there is complimentary basic breakfast included) this place seemed WAY overpriced for what it is.

VERY nice hotel, especially considering the fact it’s a Hampton. The rooms were very nice, a good size, clean, and comfortable. It was also nice in that it was so cheap, considering all the nice things we got while staying. For example, they have free breakfast, sometimes cookies in the afternoon, along with homemade fruit water at the front desk, which all seems like something that you would not commonly get free. Our experience was very good, our room was nice and quiet, it was clean, and the people at the front-desk were very responsive and nice. Would definitely stay here if you’re in the area and don’t want to spend too much.

After the debacle that we dealt with at another brand hotel, we found this gem out in the burbs of Buffalo back in June. We arrived after midnight and, Patrick, at the front desk, provided exemplary customer service. He was kind, got us checked in quickly, and provided us refreshments and snacks for the kids. Awesome, great hotel with all the amenities you would want, including a little library/reading room. Located in a nice neighborhood in a quaint, yet well kept town.

After staying at this Hampton Inn, I can see why it ranks so highly in quality among the various Hampton Inns. The amenities are pretty much standard ones for hotels of the price range, perhaps a bit more than average. But, my goodness, the staff here are incredible. Super nice, super responsive and they go out of your way to ensure that you have a great stay. Any issue is taken care of immediately. A great place to stay.

Went back this Monday and Dee was behind the desk. Got my waters, went to bed. Still the same great service… and this salesman appreciates the laundry room so I could clean some duds. I’ll be back!

Very nice place, and a quiet location a block off Main St. Easy walking to a half-dozen restaurants. Enjoyed the lobby, fireplace and reading room. Rooms are spacious, staff friendly. Good place to stay.

we were told by the staff that this hampton inn is rated 5th in the country. the room was awesome but the extras… an arcade room, a nice hotel gym, pool and in the souvenir shop they sold these sweet fleece hats with buffalo horns. we bought two. the staff was wonderful as well, they only had smoking rooms available, so they asked us to wait an our to check in so they could properly ionize the room, when we did get to the room the staff had made us a small origami crane and a note asking us to call right away if we weren’t satisfied with the room. very cool.
