I received a gift certificate here for Christmas. I’ve always passed by it but never stopped in. I was very excited to check it out! I’m not a «boutique-y» girl and wasn’t sure if I would find anything, but I ended up walking out with 2 scarves and a pair of boots! The prices are great. They were low on shoe sizes, as I wanted to try on a few pairs but they were out– I’m sure it was because of the Christmas holiday. Can’t wait to check it out during the spring/summer! Don’t forget to check out Bella Casa next door for home décor!

Great shop! Always new cute stuff every time we go in. Great prices also! Even my 8 year old daughter loves it. The owner is great, friendly and helpful. For a while the other employees would barely acknowledge you when you walked in but she seems to be getting better employees. Good employees are hard to find. Every time we have a guest in town I point them towards Head Over Heels. So excited for her to open a shop on Elmwood as well!

This shop is very fun to browse through as there are thousands of great accessories, shoes, and clothes to feast your eyes upon in a relatively small space. The displays are done well and the inventory is a mix between various styles(cute, fun, girly, mature, simple, party girl, gaudy, funky) which makes it an excellent place to shop for gifts, or let’s be honest here, for yourself if you’re anything like me. Prices are surprisingly affordable with many items priced below 20 $ which is another reason this is a must-visit stop if you’re out shopping in East Aurora. I’ve shopped here many times throughout the years with friends or family members and never leave the shop empty-handed, which is rare for me for most boutiques. The staff are always friendly too. Highly recommend shopping here if you’re looking for gifts or need a shopping excursion with friends.

I used to shop here all the time until about 2 years ago when it seemed like the owner just gave up on her shop. Sure she would get a few new items in here and there but it was mainly the same inventory especially the shoes. The last time I went in there I swear I saw the exact same shoes that she had the year before! Also, she gets the cheesiest looking jewelry on the planet, with the occasional cute bracelet/necklace. On the up side, the owner and her staff have always been kind and helpful whenever I am in there and her new home store is very nice. I hope maybe someday she decides to purchase new inventory and I don’t see the same stuff a year later, when that happens I’ll go back to shopping there but for now I’d much rather shop somewhere where the owner keeps up with their store.

Head over Heels is definitely my favorite boutique in the Buffalo area. Its my go to place when I’m looking for a cute and reasonably priced gift for friends! The staff are always super friendly and the owner is almost always around. My favorite thing about this place is it has something for everyone, from their shoes to their jewelry and even their clothes.

This shop is really cute and I was stunned to see how reasonable the prices were for the jewelry and shoes. I didn’t have a chance to browse around at the clothes, but the style of the shoes didn’t quite match up with the style of the jewelry. The jewelry seemed to be tailored for mature adults. Nothing too flashy, but very classy pieces. A lot of the necklaces or bracelets were paired with matching earrings. The shoes, however, looked like shoes from Charlotte Russe. They were definitely not for the mature adult but more for an 18 year old going to a college party. The heels were ridiculously high and the styles were a little too eclectic for my taste. I came here with a guy and I knew he wasn’t enjoying walking around the store as I looked at all of the products so I didn’t stay long. I do, however, look forward to coming back here alone or with a girl friend so I can really take the time to browse through their things.

Love this cute shop! Reasonable prices, unique stuff! Bought a pair of shoes that were on sale for $ 15. Found a few dresses I love(but couldn’t buy because I needed to focus on Xmas shopping!) Will definitely return when it is time to shop for me :)

If you have not been here recently(or if you’ve never been at all!), you must check it out! They’ve re-vamped the whole store. It was an adorable boutique to begin with –they expanded to the space next door and filled it with… DRESSES! **LOVE** I come here at least once a season to buy shoes. They are unique, pretty, and best of all, reasonably priced. Sometimes the quality can be a little questionable. They’ve started carrying higher-end selections, which cost quite a bit more. But if you need a pair of shoes you’re only going to wear a couple times, you’ll be very impressed with what you get here. I buy flip flops and sandals here every year –they only last for about one season, but that could be because I wear them non-stop. They have a really neat jewelery selection, too. A whole turquoise section! I’ve bought clothes here, too. Again, unique and inexpensive night-out kinds of dresses and shirts. Bohemian-style hats and accessories. This place is a great gift card choice for those girly-girls in your life.

Wow, this is shoe and accessory lover’s paradise! From the exterior, cheerily decked out, to the interior you will not be disappointed and as you meander around, your eyes won’t know where to look, there is just so much –but not in a cluttery, claustrophobic way. All items are tastefully and artistically arranged and just browsing becomes an experience. I had neglected to enter this wonderful shop on previous excursions, assuming it was stuffy and pricey. My loss, quite the opposite is true. Enter to find accessories: interesting scarves and hats, nothing mall-ish, and sunglasses and earrings and all sorts of jewelry. Continue to explore, seeing shoes of all kinds, unique shoes, not an ugly pair in the place! Flats and sandals with interesting touches, heels unlike any shoe store, all appealing. And reasonably priced. There are some articles of clothing, again, interesting and tasteful. There are several displays of jewelry at waist level that are kept in place with a boatload of rice! How very tactile and smart. Small signs request children keep their mitts out, but that might be a challenge.(They ought to be at the toy store down a few doors with their other adult companion anyway.) Mustn’t neglect to mention that the customer service was admirable(pardon the pun) to boot! Whether you’re looking for a special gift for a dear one or a knock-out pair of party shoes for your LBD or prom or an eye-catching pair of flats for casual summer gatherings, do visit Head Over Heels in Love With Shoes.

Brunette Barbie store owner herself does the purchasing and runs around the store being ever so helpful when it comes to accessories and shoes! In all of Buffalo and surrounding area this is my favorite hot spot for an extra statement necklace or shoe. The prices are amazing as well, perfect for the girl who like quantity and selection!

Such a cute shop! Filled(and I mean filled) with goodies — handbags, shoes, scarves, wallets, jewelry. There really is something for every taste and every budget. A great selection of accessories to be found here.

Best store in town! We were visiting from out of town, staying at the Roycroft, and needed a quick hostess gift. We popped into Head Over Heels 10 minutes before we were due at the event and were in awe! Found the PERFECT little something and wowed everyone! After the event we rushed back to Head Over Heels to get everything that we saw for ourselves! So many things to pick from. Rachele, the owner, has the best eye for style and design. Every item is perfect and has it’s place. If you are staying at the Roycroft be sure to take the time to check out this modern«arts and crafts» store!!!
