Sunday night, I went online to pay my bills and order prescriptions and my computer screen was black. So I had to find a company to fix it. On the recommendation of a friend I checked out Comp Solution in East Boston directly across from the Orient Heights T station. I rally didnt know what to expect when I went in.
I have to say I was more than impressed. Abdul whoa such a nice guy made me feel right at home. I told him he problem and he told me what the problem was. As soon as he turned on the screen everything he said would happen did. He told me i needed a new hard drive and he said I can have it for you by the end of the day. The whole experience was great not only was Abdul friendly, he is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and reasonably priced.
I highly recommend Comp Solutions for all your computer needs. There are those «Squad» companies out there but you would be making a big mistake if you didnt let COMP SOLUTION take care of you! Above and Beyond anyone else

So my Lenovo laptop was charging irregularly. Based on the fact that I could kind of twirl the charger and get it to start again I thought the port was loose and would need fixing. In the initial call they said if it was a stand alone charge port they could fix it but that it could be soldered to the mother board which would be much more expensive. Having entrusted them with my $ 1000 piece of dead battery they did a diagnostic and it turns out it’s my adapter on the power cable that’s broken. Easy fix, they ordered a new power cable. Meanwhile, they waived the diagnostic fee because they didn’t have to take anything apart to figure out the issue. Really pleased with the quality and speed of the service!
