I hate calling the 1800 number with a passion! I would much rather come to the office and talk to Bryan. He’s the best!

Even their phones don’t work. When their cable is out, you can’t call to notify them. Thankfully My phone is with another company so it works.

I absolutely have nothing positive to say about comcast customer service period. I am constantly having problems with TV’s not working and nine times out of ten it means me taking the time to stop into the comcast center. The people in the Comcast store cannot help with anything but handing you a new box. I wish I had another option.

Given my hatred of the Comcast monopoly in this area and its ignorant third-world customer service, I was pleasantly surprised with the service center. Located amongst a series of brick buildings that look like an upscale housing complex, this Comcast Service Center is manned by people who speak English and know exactly how to do their jobs. Came in to swap out our old modem for an update model and had no issues. A shame the rest of this company can’t be as reliable. God, I miss Optimum.

As much as I hate speaking to Comcast service reps on the phone I can’t say many bad things about the service center location in East Brunswick off Summerhill Rd. Theres usually no wait and the staff is very friendly and competent. Had to change several boxes to HD over the years and each time it was quick and painless.

This review is not for this particular service center, but is for Comcast in general. They have the worst customer service I have ever, ever, ever experienced in my life. I am paying for internet speeds between 60 and 100 Mb and I am getting speeds of under 1. I have had 3 different technicians out to my house, and have changed out my modem twice. Each time I have had to spend upwards of an hour on the phone with Comcast and each time the technician has told me my problem was fixed. The fix usually works for about 2 days, then I go right back to the same problem I had in the first place. The last technician told me the problem was outside my house and said he had put in a ticket with the group that handles those problems, so everything should be fixed within 2 hours. When I called 8 hours later(because nothing was fixed), I found out he had never even submitted the ticket. The only reason they can get away with this is that they are a quasi-monopoly. Their product is garbage and their customer service is abysmal.

Just to be clear, this review is for the local office in East Brunswick and not the company as a whole. The local office is conveniently located, and I rarely have more than two or three people ahead of me when I’m dropping off or picking up equipment. The staff is usually polite and helpful, making interacting with my cable company somewhat painless.
