Beautiful facility. Very professional and clean.
Staff is friendly and very efficient. Did not wait long after appointment time, technician explained everything very well.
Got me in and out very easily.
This MRI is done in a seated position and the machine is open. My husband was with me and Sat in front of me. The MRI was too loud of us to speak but very helpful to have someone there!
They provide ear plugs and a tv to watch while you are getting the MRI performed.

With medical services, half of the experience is the actual service and the other half is the administrative. Greg Moyers’ facility does an adequate job giving the MRI (although the photos of the «open» MRI don’t accurately reflect how constricted you still feel), but where his firm fails consumers is in the admin tasks. They have tons of rules about how many copies of the file they provide and in what format, in order to extract every last dollar from consumers. And they don’t accept credit cards for payment. Might not sound like a big deal, but in 2015, with HSA accounts the way that most people pay for services, not accepting credit cards is ludicrous. It’s also just cheap. By not accepting credit cards, Greg saves the few pennies it costs to process. I’ll pick another facility next time.
