This is a great PC richards to get whatever you, the reason i say that is because the customer service is excellent. I recieved A1 Customer Service from a Particular Sales Rep. named Rob Marciano. He really went Above and beyond his Duties to help me out, not only did he get me a great price on what i wanted but also the accessories. Everything was a breezy. I will be back soon.

I had a very positive experience at PC Richards after frustrating experiences at other big box stores. I had the problem of making sure that I could actually fit a stove into my galley kitchen, but I needed it to have several features: double oven, natural gas, five burners and a small footprint. The sales person Rob was incredibly helpful and steered me away from over priced options and help me figure out what would work best for me. I ended up with the perfect product that fits my tiny kitchen. Thank you again. A customer for life.

Update… I requested a bill credit of $ 200 to compensate me for the botched delivery of my TV and they gave it to me! I have to credit this Company for making good and addressing this issue. Based on this I would shop there again.

We were shopping for a new microwave to replace our old one that failed after a few years so we decided to come here to comparison price shop after already stopped at best buy up the street. The store itself is nicely done, but the selection of microwaves seemed fairly small. Upon entering the store the vultures all lock in ready feed and its a race to see who will get to the customer first. This was really off putting, in all honesty give me a few minutes to t least browse what you have. The sales man that came over just rubbed us the wrong way seemed slimy. Why do I say this? Well I provided model numbers of the brands we were looking at from Best Buy and when they didn’t carry them he tried to say that they have other models that are the same exact thing. I’m sorry but a model number from a manufacturer is a model number, if its different that it has something different about it(whether its newer, older, or has different features). When we were turned off enough by the salesman his last ditch effort was to start dropping the price of the model we didn’t want. Show some respect for yourself, your company, and more importantly give the customer what they want, not what you have. Years back I purchased a tv from PC Richards in edison and was extremely happy with it, the east brunswick location I wont buy anything from.

If I could rate them below one star I would. Worst customer service from attitude to performance. Their installers screamed at my aunt when they were in her home. To make things even worse, they left the wheels on the fridge instead of the feet! They have no idea what they are doing. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible customer service. We bought our refrigerator(french door Fisher and Paykel) and it arrived with a broken display and ice maker — which we figured out was broken an hour after the installers left. It took one month, and 2 days off work to get the parts and get a service call(they still haven’t come). Their policy is to move you to the end of the cue for any reason, so first visit: 5 minutes to say we needed a part. 10 days go by to order/receive it. The second time they were supposed to come they called and said they couldn’t fit us in, needed to reschedule, and could only commit to 7 days later. And no time window, just take the day off and wait– no, hope– for the guy to call. Again. I’m amazed they can run a business this way. My business is suffering just by buying a refrigerator from them!

Bought my Stainless Steel Samsung French Door Refrigerator here. Staff was very Helpful and Nice. Look for John, He is the nicest guy you will ever meet. He wont try to sell you extra stuff you dont need. He is genuine and will go out of his way to make you happy. I also got a great deal there at the time. I got $ 75 dollars off just by buying a fridge that was 4.5 star energy rating. Home delivery is instant within a day if you live around the area, and it was only $ 50 dollars. They will deliver it straight to your door and take your old one out for free. What great customer service. This is the place to shop for your appliance need in your home!
