Whenever I have to do a wire transfer on a Sunday I’m prepared for a 10 – 15 minute wait to see someone. Right now we’ve broken the 40 minute barrier. Can we get some more help here?

Yes, they might be the world’s most convenient bank.
No, I don’t have an account here – too many current family and business ties to Jamie Dimon’s empire – but I stop in whenever I need to cash in my coins (you’d be surprised how fast they collect).
On this last visit I found myself helped by a very polite and accommodating teller who helped me with my transactions and treated me like a customer even though I didn’t have an account.
Well, if I need to open a new account, it’ll now probably be at TD Bank.
