Brown’s Chicken & Pasta

Horrible experience. This is a franchise and Rosalinda is the owner. I dealt with her personally. I drove 45 minutes round trip to get home, notice some extremely dark, over crispy, old dirty oil tasting chicken. I bought two 8pc meals. So 16 total. When I called her she said if I didn’t have all 16 pieces there was nothing she would do. My daughter threw up that evening. Called corporate Monday (since this happened fri night 12 11 15). Nothing they could do since it’s a franchise. Rosalinda had a horrible attitude, horrible customer service, ignorantly hung up on my phone call Monday when I called her a 2^nd time. What owner hangs up on a complaining customer instead of offering an apology. She was hostile and insisted I was wrong about my chicken. She stated it was fresh, when it was clearly not. Will never go back to this location again.

When i was a kid, Browns was the best. Now, its just a sad shell of what it used to be. I ordered a 3 piece of regular chicken, a order of hot wings, and some cole slaw. The chicken was okay at best, the wings reminded me of the turkey in Christmas Vacation, dry as hell with zero meat. The only thing that was good was the bisquit, and cole slaw. This place sucks.

I ordered four Beef, said it more than twice and I said I wanted the REG size not Large. She gave me four sausage, gross and burnt to hell. I called and asked for the manager, who spoke little English and she called me a liar, said she took the order herself. Here is the truth, had four gross sausage cooked and just threw them in my bag. I ordered beef reg size with mozzarella!!! She called me a liar… the owner? Rude. I will never order from browns again. There is no sausage that is REG not Large. am I right? I guess I will be going to corporate see if they care how the customers are treated. ZERO stars. wasted money. NEVER AGAIN

The staff spoke little to no English, I ordered on the phone waited 30 mins and drove 10 miles to pick up. The order wasn’t ready and they screwed up the order. This is the 3^rd time this has happened. Never again.

The food was not good at all and the service was horrible. The girl in the drive thy acted like we’re bothering her. Never going back again.

The food is gud but way overpriced. $ 18 for 20pc butterfly shrimp really? I can get a pound (approximately 25pc) for $ 13 somewhere else.

everytime i call or go in store, there prices are always different, i always ask for there special deals, well i went to kfc, popeyes and received 4 to 5 pieces of chicken more with browns competitors, i dont come here that much, 8 pieces of chicken 2– sides rolls for 19.99 too much money and that was ther special, food is above average though, better value elsewhere though. pasta is awesome and corn fritters, but expensive.

I love Brown’s Chicken and what better way to celebrate my 100^th review than to review my local Brown’s location.
I love their original recipe chicken but recently tried their spicy blend. They mix spices into the coating of the chicken and it gives it a real nice bite.
I bought a 10 piece deal with two sides to take home to the family. I also picked up some of their corn fritters and fried okra. Both of these last items are great tasting.
They’ve also got fried mushrooms, mac n cheese, french fries, and some other things I’m sure I am forgetting. In short, if you want side orders they have you covered.
They’ve introduced Italian beef and hot dogs over the years too, which is a nice change of pace sometimes and they do a great job of those too.
Brown’s has a slogan «It tastes better!» and I heartily agree.
