I just waited again for 45 mins @ Dr. Patricia Huerta’s office in East Dundee Illinois. It’s the worst. I’m always waiting. No explanation. Do not go! They don’t care about their patients. I’ve been to a lot of Dr office’s and this is the worst. They make you sit there and don’t let you know what is going on. I’ve been there 7 times and I’ve waited on average of 32 minutes. This is unacceptable. Do not, I repeat DO NOT go there. They don’t care about their patients. It’s about the money period.
